LA VISTA GREEN COAST AND GALERIA BY TEG: THE MEETING POINTS OF THE MEDITERRANEAN
Located in the Palase region of Albania, Green Coast Village is a new settlement being constructed with a master plan developed by EAA. This settlement features a variety of shopping venues, hotels, resorts, residences, social and cultural areas, sports facilities, and expansive communal green spaces. The conceptual framework of the plan is designed to reflect both the structural and social fabric of a “Mediterranean” coastal village, capturing its distinctive charm and unique characteristics.
Both La Vista Green Coast and Galeria By TEG, which opened in July, are key contributors to the vibrant life anticipated to flourish in the area. Their designs are drawn from Mediterranean settlement strategies and the enduring public life hosted by Roman Forums over the centuries. These projects emphasize harmony with the landscape, the use of simple and local materials, human-scale fragmentation, and a well-crafted mass composition, forming the core of their physical design.
With construction ongoing for around one year, it is anticipated that upon completion the settlement will become a significant attraction both architecturally and culturally in the region.
