The ground of LURA 5 had been broken and the construction is in progress.
The main intellectual frame of the project came into existence by following the traces pervaded in the land. The project aims to conserve the existing natural texture with a genuine approach of fragmented naturality rather than a conventional masterplan.
The conserved pine trees set a natural and tranquil atmosphere for Lura 5 as they act like a green umbrella engaged in a dialogue with buildings. The program is composed of villa units, townhouses, and a hotel. The complex offers a variety of experiences in recreational facilities together with SPA centers, pool areas and shopping facilities.
