Lura 5 Hotel & Residences Received Permit

One of EAA’s very first project in Albania, ‘LURA 5 Hotel and Residences’ has received the development permit. The project is located at the edge of the Ionian Coast, Lalzit Bay .

The main intellectual frame of the project came into existence by following the traces pervaded in the land. The project aims to conserve the existing natural texture with a genuine approach of fragmented naturality rather than a conventional masterplan. It’s a conservation project, as well as a new settlement for an extensive tourist attraction.

The conserved pine trees set a natural and tranquil atmosphere for Lura 5 as they act like a green umbrella engaged in a dialogue with buildings. The program is composed of villa units, townhouses and a hotel. The complex offers a variety of experiences in recreational facilities together with SPA centers, pool areas and shopping facilities.
